Points of Departure
(2017 - 2019)
During two years, I wandered between Czechia, Greece and Belgium - back and forth between my mother’s and my father’s homeland.
The project consists in a series of images, instants, impressions of life in those places - where I felt that I had become a stranger.
While I developed it to cope with my own inner conflicts, it also documents my attempt to take of distance with the violence generated by the modern world.
